The new Local Authority Innovation Conference is an opportunity for local government revenues officers to gather, discuss and experience emerging ideas and technologies affecting the profession.
During 2020 and 2021, business as usual, for recoveries and enforcement, stopped completely, however our habits and behaviour shifted greatly regarding how we commerce and engage with official bodies for recoveries. Without the adoption of new processes, new technologies and ideas, recoveries will be out of sorts with customers and recoveries severally impacted.
The objective of the Innovation Conference is to openly discuss, demonstrate and where possible, showcase live, practical, and effective innovative solutions for recoveries and enforcement.
Its organisers Telsolutions and their partners who all specialise in services for recoveries, will exhibit the next generation of technologies and service excellence in our industry place.
After a long period of uncertainty, we are looking forward to seeing everyone in the same room again. The conference will be held at City Hall in the stunning city of Cardiff. This is a free to attend conference for the Friday 10th June 2022 limited to two places per authority.
