December 2021 - Telsolutions announce the retirement of its Engage service platform. 'After more than 15 years service the platform is to be retired this month ending a long relationship & friendship with Genesys', said Telsolutions CEO Rob Perry. Services and all users have been migrated over to Telsolutions Contact Portal platform which will pave the way into the future.
