December 2021 - Telsolutions announce the retirement of its Engage service platform. 'After more than 15 years service the platform is to be retired this month ending a long relationship & friendship with Genesys', said Telsolutions CEO Rob Perry. Services and all users have been migrated over to Telsolutions Contact Portal platform which will pave the way into the future.

Contact Portal and Telsolutions new partnerships have been carefully selected and integrated enabling customers and their service applications to be taken to the next level with best in class services at the cutting edge of customer engagement.
