Telsolutions are pleased to announce the launch of two new services in collaboration with oneSource Debt Resolution Services, providing enhanced customer communications whilst helping individual customer cases in arrears. As a world first, oneSource Debt Resolution Services are the first enforcement organisation to use Rich Communication Services (RCS) to engage with customers, replacing basic SMS text messages. RCS with workflow, opens the door to help both parties reach better outcomes, with messages that help and guide the customer to support services.

oneSource Debt Resolution Services have also introduced avatar AI videos. Informational videos incorporated into proactive customer communications are used to support and explain processes that effect customers. Some customers find it easier to have processes explained to them, and these new videos are an important tool to make information as accessible as possible.
