Rob Perry-Jones

Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit took him to Hong Kong in 1995 where he became the co-founder of BPP a telecoms reseller. After their acquisition in 2009, he returned to the UK with Xpedite Systems, where he continued to successfully manage a key sales team.

Recognising the rapid channel shift to messaging, Telsolutions was launched in March 2004 to help business transition successfully to use email, SMS and voice messaging services.

Helping SKY with their NPS programme (net promotor score), Rob has become a leader in the field of customer satisfaction, design and execution. The result is over 25 years’ experience and Rob’s ongoing focus on developing new services to gain the edge for Telsolutions’ clients.

As a member of several tech forums, Rob often participates in debates and conversations about the future of customer communications.

Rob’s philosophy in life is that for harmony you must have balance. Therefore, when Rob is not at his laptop, he juggles his time between his young family, keeping fit and his local rugby club.
