He understands the need for multi-channel communications that are fully integrated with user journey and expectation, he can suggest new and innovative ways to ensure messaging is consistent, effective, and appropriate for your specific goals.
He is well versed in behavioural insights, nudge theory and how these can be used to drive customer or debtor actions and activity.
Daniel is interested in new and emerging technologies such as AI and chatbots as well as voice activated devices. He designs and develops the new services and applications working closely with the development team to ensure products and services achieve market adoption and success.
As Director of Business Development Daniel spends a lot of his time meeting clients, attending, and speaking at events and networking.
Prior to joining Telsolutions, Daniel was the Managing Director at F24 Ltd, crisis management notification and communications experts, and Regional Sales Manager at Premiere Global Services.
Daniels philosophy in life is through adversity to the stars. Therefore, when Dan is not working he enjoys outdoor pursuits, fell walking and is a keen pilot.
