He understands the need for multi-channel communications that are fully integrated with user journey and expectation, he can suggest new and innovative ways to ensure messaging is consistent, effective, and appropriate for your specific goals.
He is well versed in behavioural insights, nudge theory and how these can be used to drive customer or debtor actions and activity.
Daniel is interested in new and emerging technologies such as AI and chatbots as well as voice activated devices. He works closely with the research and development team to keep informed of any new products and services and ensures that the team works in collaboration.
As Director of Business Development Daniel spends a lot of his time meeting clients, attending, and speaking at events and networking.
Prior to joining Telsolutions, Daniel was the Managing Director at F24 Ltd, crisis management notification and communications experts, and Regional Sales Manager at Premiere Global Services.
